    Tina passionsfrukten som jag använder i form av frysta kuber och sila sedan bort kärnorna.

    Smält smöret i en kastrull tillsammans med saften och sötningen. Koka upp och låt det hela sjuda i ett par minuter.

    Ta bort kastrullen från värmen, vispa lätt ihop ägg och äggulor i en bunke. Tillsätt äggsmeten i kastrullen och låt den koka på svag värme under konstant omrörning tills curden har tjocknat. Låt sedan svalna.
