Hetta upp oljan i en stekgryta eller kastrull. Fräs löken, vitlöken, garam masala (pulver), tomatpurén och de övriga kryddorna i 3-4 minuter.

Tillsätt krossade tomater, vatten, grädde, färsk koriander, färskost och en buljongtärning. Låt sjuda i 15 minuter.

Tärna paneerosten och stek den i rapsolja i en stekpanna tills den är gyllene och har fått en fin färg.

Blanda ner osten i grytan och låt koka ytterligare 5 minuter. Avsluta med att smaka av med salt och peppar samt tillsätt citronjuicen.
