Simple and perfect brownies in texture and flavor, made with only three ingredients. How good is that? Condensed milk, all-purpose flour and a good chocolate—preferably a darker variety—and you’re set. Top with flaky sea salt to further enhance the flavors!

    Break or chop the chocolate into smaller pieces.

    Melt the chocolate and condensed milk over low heat in a saucepan.

    When the chocolate has completely melted, quickly stir in the flour.

    Preheat the oven to 160°C with top and bottom heat (140°C fan-forced).

    Press the brownie mixture into a small baking pan about 20x20 cm.

    Bake for 20–25 minutes. When the top has a nice crust it’s done. Let cool in the pan at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
