Break or chop the chocolate into smaller pieces.

Melt the chocolate and condensed milk over low heat in a saucepan, stirring until the chocolate has melted.

When the chocolate is completely melted, quickly stir in the all-purpose flour.

Press the mixture into a pan about 20x26 cm or 20x20 cm lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 20–25 minutes. Keep an eye on it, as ovens vary!

Let the brownie cool for about 45 minutes.

Chop or shred the kataifi dough. Melt butter in a hot frying pan, add the dough and fry until it turns golden and becomes crispy.

Mix the toasted kataifi with the pistachio cream and tahini.

Spread the Dubai filling evenly over the brownie and top with melted chocolate and, if desired, chopped pistachios.

Let set in the refrigerator or freezer.
